Eid-ul Fitr (Arabic for “festivity of breaking the fast”) is a celebration that marks the end of the holy month of Ramadan. Notable rituals performed during Eid include prayer, charity, camaraderie. We held a banquet focused on the very aspects of Eid that is geared to increase membership and overall success for the year ahead. This banquet was held early in the fall semester and was focused on freshmen who were looking for opportunities to become involved and contributing members on campus.
